MEDINAH MINERALS Question & Answers
November 20, 2009

Question & Answer postings are compiled from time to time, as an information source as to company actions and/or activities.  Q&A posts will continue in the post-Joint Venture Agreement phase concerning Company activities, to provide ongoing information for the benefit of Medinah Minerals shareholders.

Q:   I have noticed a substantial increase in the volume of daily trading this last week. Has there been some new promotion or other Company activity?

A:  Medinah Minerals, Inc. market is, and has always been, a “free market” where Shareholders can buy, sell, or hold at their discretion. There are no outside promotions to influence the price or volume of stock activities. Medinah Minerals, Inc. has enlisted the aid of a Firm that will, only upon the signing of the Joint Venture Agreement or other significant developments, distribute Company news to the worldwide mining community.

Q:   We noticed some pictures have been posted on Medinah Minerals, Inc. website, Photo Gallery location, that depict the Pumillahue and POLO locations. What is Medinah’s ownership position in these two properties?

A:  As previously reported, Medinah Minerals, Inc. has a 5% holding in the Pumillahue project, and a 15% holding in the POLO project. Of note, there has been substantial activity that has been reported relative to the Pumillahue location.

The POLO claims are at the foot of the infamous Andes. As the winter conditions have abated, the geologists have been able to access the property in order to examine the outcrops, adits, and do some preliminary mapping. Based on their initial review, a full-scale geological crew has now been dispatched to the property to complete an in-depth examination of the claim(s) and prepare a professional report for distribution.

Q:   What is the current status of production activities at the Pumillahue processing plant?

A:  The production shaft(s) and workings are progressing at a decent pace, (see the photos located under the About Medinah banner/Photo Gallery). Also, there has been the recent addition of upgraded separation facilities at site. Testing and sampling are continuing and will increase as material is attained and eventually lead to a full-scale production operation.
